· Baked: Placed in a tray, thawed and inserted in the oven at medium-high temperature for 10 – 12 minutes.
· Stew: Boil the sweet potato for 20 minutes so that it is ready for consumption.
· To stir fry: two or three tablespoons of oil are poured into the base of the skillet and the contents are inserted without thawing. Over medium heat and stirring continuously are left to fry for 5 minutes.
