· To oven: Place the peppers in an oven tray, leave it till it is defrost and introduce it in the oven at medium height. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
· To stir fry: Preheat a frying pan and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the frozen peppers. Stir frequently and cook for 8 -12 minutes.
