· WHOLE BRUSSELS SPROUTS.

· To boil: Place the frozen Brussels Sprouts into saucepan with boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain, season and serve. 

 

 

· To microwave: Place the frozen Brussels Sprouts into a microwaveable dish, cover and cook at maximum power for 5 minutes. Drain, season and serve. 

 

 

· To stir fry: Preheat a frying pan and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the frozen brussel sprouts. Stir frequently and cook for 6 minutes.
