The CELERIAC is a large root usually very thick, spherical and surrounded by small roots. Its color is brown ground and its flesh is hard and compact in yellowish white color. It is succulent and of charged celery flavor, but more sweet and fragrant.

· TO BOIL: Introduce the CELERIAC without thawing in a container with boiling water and salt. It is then kept at moderate heat for 7-8 minutes.
· TO MICROWAVE: the CELERIAC dices are deposited without thawing in a container suitable for microwave, putting this at maximum power for 4-5 minutes.
· TO STIR FRY: unthawed celeriac dices are poured in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil. Allow to stir over medium heat for 7-8 minutes by moving continuously.
