· To boil: Place the frozen carrots into saucepan with boiling water and salt. Return to the boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Drain, season and serve.
· To microwave: Place the frozen chard into a microwaveable dish, cover and cook at maximum power for 2-4 minutes. Drain, season and serve.
· To styr fry: Preheat a frying pan and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the frozen artichokes. Styr frequently and cook at medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
