· To boil: Place the frozen artichokes into saucepan with boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain, season and serve.
· To microwave: Place the frozen artichokes into a microwaveable dish, cover and cook at maximum power for 5 minutes. Drain, season and serve.
· To stIr fry: Preheat a frying pan and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the frozen artichokes. StIr frequently and cook for 7 minutes.
